Pricing
A beautiful, unique and memorable wedding ceremony does not
have to cost a fortune.
Standard ceremony: $200
Our fee for a basic ceremony in the Redding area is $200.
That includes consultation with us, customizing your
ceremony, and
officiating at the event at your location. If you wish us to
attend the rehearsal, there is an additional $50 fee (plus
travel, if applicable). There is no
charge for our initial consultation.
Civil
ceremony: $100
If you want to get married in a quiet ceremony, without
a lot of fuss or expense, this is for you. This ceremony is
small, intimate, and meaningful. Once you obtain your
wedding license, you and up to four guests may come to our
home in the mountains (pictured on this page) where one or both of the ministers will perform a short
ceremony, either indoors or - depending on the weather
- out
of doors. No appointment is required, but you do need to
call first to make sure we are available. On weekends, we
are likely to have another wedding scheduled.
Use of our
site
Site rentals of our home and grounds are also available
for larger parties.
The location cost for the use of our facilities begins at
$250 for a party of up to 30. Contact us for more
information.
Travel
For weddings
outside the Redding area, travel costs are additional. We
charge $0.25/mile, plus our accommodations if travel time is
over 3 hours each way. To give an example, our travel costs
to the Bay Area would be approximately $250, bringing our
total fee to $450.
Deposits
We do request a deposit of 50% of the total fee in order
to hold the date. The balance of the fee is due on or before
the wedding date. Deposits are refundable only up to 30 days
before the event.
